Ingredients

  • 3 lbs beef tenderloin, whole
Marinade
  • ½ cup teriyaki sauce
  • ½ cup red wine
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
Blue Cheese Topping
  • 4-6 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions

Step 1

Marinate

Place beef in a shallow dish or re-sealable plastic bag. Combine teriyaki sauce, red wine & garlic; pour over beef.  Place beef in your refrigerator & marinate for at least 30 minutes up to 4 hours.

Step 2

Preheat oven to 450°

Step 3

Place tenderloin on broiler a pan; cook in for 15 minutes.  Reduce heat to 375° & cook for an additional 30 to 40 more minutes, or to desired meet temperature. Allow Beef to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Step 4

In a saucepan over low heat, combine all blue cheese topping ingredients. Stirring until smooth & serve hot over sliced tenderloin.
