Ingredients

  • 8 Slices of Bacon
  • 1 Large Tomato chopped
  • ½ Medium onion Chopped
  • 3 Ounce Shredded Swiss cheese
  • ½ Cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Teaspoon Dried Basil
  • 1 Can refrigerated flaky biscuit dough (16 oz)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 °

Step 2

Lightly grease a mini muffin pan.

Step 3

Cook bacon per packaging instructions and until evenly crispy brown. Drain and crumble bacon into a medium mixing bowl. Add tomato, onion, Swiss cheese, mayonnaise and basil.

Step 4

Separate biscuits into thirds lengthwise. Place each third into cups of the prepared mini muffin pan. Fill each biscuit cup with the bacon mixture.

Step 5

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven, or until golden brown.

Let cool and serve
