Serves 8 ~ Prep time: 10 minutes ~ Cook time: 30 minutes

Ingredients

  • 8 cups bread stuffing
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • ½ cup white wine, dry
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 lb crabmeat, cooked
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°.

Melt butter in large saucepan over medium heat.  Add onion cook until translucent.  Add garlic cook for 3 minutes and add white wine cook another 5 minutes or until alcohol has burned off.

Add broth, thyme, paprika and pepper to mixture; bring to a simmer.  Stir in bread & crabmeat; mixing well.  Transfer to a baking dish.  Cover and bake 20 to 25 minutes or until heated through.
