Flounder Broiled

Makes 4~ Prep Time: 15 Minutes ~ Cook 10 Minutes

Ingredients

  • 4 7 oz flounder fillets
  • 1 TBSP lemon juice
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 3 TBSP Dijon mustard
  • 2 TBSP chopped fresh dill weed or 1 tsp dried
  • garnish with lemon wedges

Directions

Place fillets into a nonstick shallow baking dish.  Drizzling the fillets with lemon juice an then  seasoning each side with salt & pepper.

Whisk olive oil into mustard stir in dill weed spread mixture over fillets.

Broil 5 inches from heart 6-10 minutes or until fish flakes with fork.  Serve with pan juices garnish with lemon wedge & dill.
